Who we are. We are ROIZ Growth Partners LLC ("ROIZ", "we"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and internal modules (Inventory, Payroll, RBT Notes, and Medical Transportation/NEMT).

Information we collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone, company.
  • Operational data: orders, inventory records, vendors, support tickets.
  • Payroll data (employees/contractors): payment and tax information as required by law.
  • NEMT logistics: pickup/drop-off addresses, schedules, trip details.
  • Clinical/health information (RBT/PHI) when entrusted by a healthcare client. Treated as sensitive.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, cookies/SDKs, aggregated usage metrics.

How we use information

  • Provide and maintain services; create and manage accounts.
  • Customer support, operational communications, and (with consent) marketing.
  • Security, fraud prevention, debugging, auditing, and legal compliance.
  • Analytics to improve performance and user experience (aggregated/de-identified where possible).

Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies to operate the site and, optionally, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. If we implement a preference banner, you will be able to adjust your consent there.

Sharing and disclosures

  • Service providers (hosting, email, support, payments, analytics) under contracts limiting their use.

Health information (HIPAA)

When we process Protected Health Information (PHI) as a Business Associate of a healthcare provider, we do so under the applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices governs how PHI is used and disclosed. This Policy does not modify your rights under HIPAA.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information without appropriate consent, contact us to remove it.

Data retention

  • Accounts/operations: while the account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
  • Technical logs: typically ~12 months.
  • Payroll/accounting: as required by law (e.g., up to 7 years).
  • NEMT/health: per law/contract (e.g., HIPAA often requires 6 years).

We then delete or anonymize information securely.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (role‑based access controls, secure development practices, monitoring) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, limit the use of sensitive information, and opt out of marketing. We will honor signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below.

International transfers

When we transfer data outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable law.
